Password expired in waters_connect - WKB281836

SYMPTOMS

• Your password has expired or your system administrator is requiring you to change your password to sign in to waters_connect

ENVIRONMENT

• waters_connect

CAUSE

Account expiration settings are incorrect in waters_connect.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Log in as an Administrator in waters_connect.

2. Go to Waters connect Hub > Administration > Security > Users.

3. For each user you can set an expiration date for the account. (The administration account never expires.)
