If the customer requires details on login activities, it is recommended that they view the Audit Trail details. For example, select the "logged on" metric as shown below:

Select the Audit Trail Details link:

This gives a list of names, times, and so on for user logins:

                                                                       

This table can be manipulated to remove columns as shown:

Now you have a table that is hopefully more like what they are looking for.

If you see a user who has logged in several times in one day, you can drill in further:

Any of this data can be exported into Excel.
