After completing my course, I cannot access the quiz in the Waters Learning Management System (LMS) - WKB24183

SYMPTOMS

• Cannot access quiz after completing the LMS course content

ENVIRONMENT

• Learning Management System (LMS)
• eLearning

CAUSE

The course content must be completed in its entirety before accessing the quiz. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Re-take the content by going through each slide.
2. Ensure that each slide is viewed. If there is a table of contents, make sure each is slide is checked off.
3. Try again to access the quiz.

If there are still issues accessing the quiz,  please try a different web browser, such as Internet Explorer.
