- ACQUITY console displays communication failure
- Resetting from console does not resolve the issue

CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Delete the module component IP addresses within Waters DHCP Server Configuration. (Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Waters Instruments\Waters DHCP Server Configuration and open the application.)
- Power cycle the detector module on ACQUITY system and restart the acquisition computer.
- Log in to computer and open Waters DHCP Server Configuration.
- Power-on the detector module and verify that the IP address populates in Waters DHCP Server Configuration.
- Open Chromeleon software and verify communication.
