SYMPTOMS

• When attempting to review the Alliance 2695 - Direct Functions course after it is marked completed, the course will not relaunch. 

ENVIRONMENT

• Learning Management System (LMS)
• eLearning course 750000769-04

CAUSE

• The course content is not available for review after completion of the course.  

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Unlike other eLearning courses, the Alliance 2695 - Direct Functions course must be reassigned to the user if they wish to review the course after completion.
