Using standalone ACQUITY Console, select SM-FTN, select Plates to confirm that the correct plates are assigned.
Using standalone ACQUITY Console, select SM-FTN, select Numeric Reference to confirm that Horizontal Discontinuance is assigned.
When configured, in Analyst, you can specify any position from the plate to be used in whatever direction.
If any other Numeric Reference is assigned, only the vials in the first row can be injected; otherwise, you will receive "Missing/wrong plate or vial".
