What do I do if I forget my password in the Waters Learning Management System (LMS)? - WKB11914

ANSWER

1. Under the Sign In box, click Forgot Password?. 

2. Enter your User ID when prompted.

3. A temporary password will be sent to you via the email on file. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• The email with temporary password may take about five minutes to arrive

• You are prompted to change your password every 90 days  
• You cannot reuse any of your last three passwords
• Passwords are case-sensitive
• You can use optional characters . , ~ `
• Password must meet the following criteria:
  • Length must be between 8 and 40 characters
  • Cannot repeat a character more than twice
  • Must contain at least one English uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • Must contain at least one English lowercase letter (a - z)
  • Must contain at least one Arabic numeral (0 - 9)
  • Must contain at least one nonalphanumeric special character ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ + = { } [ ] ' " : ; | \ 
    • There have been cases where the @ symbol caused problems with European keyboards
