OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Show how to create a support request (previously referred to as an iRequest) on the Waters website

ENVIRONMENT

All Waters LC and MS instrument customers. 

PROCEDURE

  1. Go to www.waters.com/success (It is required that you are registered on waters.com)
  2. Select "Create A Support Request"
  3. Enter your valid serial number or support plan number
  4. Your Organization should be auto-populated, but can be edited to match the Organization associated with the serial number.
  5. Select 'Type of Support Request'
  6. Select 'Product Type'
  7. Provide detailed information in the 'Support Request Summary'
  8. Submit service request
  9. Instantly receive e-mail notifications when your request is created.
  10. A Waters representative will contact you.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

iRequest allows you to create requests for Technical Phone Support and On-site Services from the Waters website.
