NuGenesis SDMS DMM module fails to start, shows error "Configuration file not found" - WKB93893

SYMPTOMS

• NuGenesis SDMS DMM module fails to start, shows the following error:

Configuration file not found. 
The Configuration file for the Data Management File Capture module was not found.
Please create the Data Management Configuration file and then start the File Capture Module.

• The Location, Server, Username, and Password dialog boxes are empty     

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 
• NuGenesis 9

CAUSE

The DMM module is not configured.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Log in to SCC console with the NuGenesis user/password that is intended to run the DMM module. 
2. Click on the DMM module. 
3. Click Save. 
4. Start the DMM module.
