SYMPTOMS

Error message: "ErrorString3=14427:1:3549:[NG14427] Data insertion time integrety check failed. Please retry the data insertion operation. Error4=30055"

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis SDMS 8
• NuGenesis SDMS 9
• NuGenesis SDMS 9.1

CAUSE

NuGenesis RPC service hangs.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Restart the NuGenesis RPC service on the NuGenesis web and file capture servers and, if this error is seen in relation to problems with the UNIFY printer, restart the service on the user's client machine (or on the Citrix servers if the users print through Citrix)
