Error "Unknown Error" appears in the NuGenesis Archive Agent log file - WKB84615

SYMPTOMS

• Empower projects are archived, but the JCAMP conversion step is skipped

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS
• NuGenesis Data Adapters
• Empower 3

CAUSE

The Empower project custom field "SampleName" was renamed to something else.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Rename the field back to "SampleName".
