The message "Error during start of application.380:Invalid property value" appears when starting the NuGenesis SDMS archive template builder - WKB74945

SYMPTOMS

• The following error message appears when creating or editing an archive template:
  • Error during start of application.380:Invalid property value
• After clicking OK to the error message, the main template builder window opens, but most of it is not functional
• No failures in the SDMS Administrator auto IQ log file

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS

CAUSE

The region formats in Windows are set to Portuguese (Brazil).

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Open the Windows Control Panel and double-click Region.
2. Set the Format to English (United States).
3. Click Apply, and click OK.
