Error message "The file Waters.ELN.AC.UserInterface.dll cannot be found" appears when loading a NuGenesis Smart Builder form - WKB74572

SYMPTOMS

• The following error message appears when opening a NuGenesis LMS Smart Builder form:
  • The file Waters.ELN.AC.UserInterface.dll cannot be found

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 ELN

CAUSE

The Smart Builder form uses the plugin Waters.ELN.AC.UserInterface.dll, but the file is not installed in a location known to LMS Smart Builder.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Contact Waters Technical Support for the installation program for the latest version of the UserInterface plugin.  The Waters Professional Services group develops and maintains the "Waters.ELN.AC" plugins.

The installation program installs the plugin to it's own directory and creates the registry entries so that Smart Builder can load the DLL.
