SYMPTOMS

• The following error message appears when opening a NuGenesis LMS Smart Builder form:
  • The file Waters.ELN.AC.UserInterface.dll cannot be found

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 ELN

CAUSE

The file Waters.ELN.AC.UserInterface.dll is missing from Drive:\Program Files (x86)\Waters\NuGenesis LMS Smart Builder\Plugins.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Obtain a copy of Waters.ELN.AC.UserInterface.dll from a working LMS server, or contact Waters Technical Support.

Copy the DLL to Drive:\Program Files (x86)\Waters\NuGenesis LMS Smart Builder\Plugins.
