The error "System Code (1385) - Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer" appears in the NuGenesis Archive Agent log - WKB68168

SYMPTOMS

• GetFSInfofromOcx 10048 Err Desc - TRANSPORT ERROR GETTING VOLUME INFORMATION. Error Category: 1  System Code (1385) - Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis SDMS

CAUSE

The built-in security group "Users" was removed. This removed Authenticated Users and SDMS Service Accounts, which is a subgroup of Authenticated users and Users.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Add the user group or the SDMS Service account to the "Security" tab in the source location.If issue is not resolved after adding user into security tab, add the service user into Computer Administrator Group.
