How to create a new SDMS System Activities Project in NuGenesis SDMS Administrator - WKB66754

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Create a new SDMS_System_Activities project in NuGenesis SDMS Administrator.

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS

PROCEDURE

1. Open SDMS Administrator.
2. Expand Master List and click on the desired server to log in. 
3. Right-click on the server in Master List and click "Create New Activities Project...".
4. Type a name that you want the existing SDMS_System_Activities project to be changed to. 
5. Click OK.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

It is recommended that the SDMS_System_Activities project be replaced with a new project when the current project grows to more than 2 million records. 

It is suggested to append the year and date to the existing project name in step 4 above.
