"Error loading required assembly: ... \Interop.NGSDKOBJECTSLib.dll" when editing an archive template in NuGenesis SDMS Administrator - WKB61516

SYMPTOMS

• The following error occurs when editing an archive template or when closing the archive template builder:
  • Error loading required assembly:
    E:\Program Files (x86)\Waters\NGSDMS\Restore\Interop.NGSDKOBJECTSLib.dll
    Could not load file or assembly 'file:///E:\Program Files (x86)\Waters\NGSDMS\Restore\Interop.NGSDKOBJECTSLib.dll' or one of it's dependencies.  The system cannot find the file specified.

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS

CAUSE

A missing file

FIX or WORKAROUND

Copy the file Drive:\Program Files (x86)\Waters\NGSDMS\Common Files\Interop.NGSDKOBJECTSLib.dll from a NuGenesis 9 File capture server to the equivalent path on the client machine.
