Error "Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown" appears in the NuGenesis Archive Agent log file - WKB59028

SYMPTOMS

• No Empower data is archived into NuGenesis 8 SR-2

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 Data Adapters Release 3 HF1
• Empower 3

CAUSE

Attempting to archive an Empower project with JCAMP conversion enabled. The targeted project is too large for the conversion module to handle.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Install DAR3-HF2 on the Empower Remote DCOM server to resolve this issue.
