Error "[NG14570] Unknown database error" from the NuGenesis SDMS Export Utility - WKB54684

SYMPTOMS

• The following warning appears in the Export Utility's message log:
  • [NG14570] Unknown database error
• The export utility does not export any records

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 SDMS
• SDMS 7.1
• The project selected in the Export Utility is NOT a Managed Storage project

CAUSE

The search filter uses a wildcard expansion character: * or %.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Redesign the search filter to avoid the use of wildcard characters. If the goal is to select all records in the project, configure a search filter like the following:
   • Record ID > 0
