How to find the license serial numbers registered in a NuGenesis system - WKB50632

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Determine the licenses registered in a NuGenesis system's database.

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9
• NuGenesis 8

PROCEDURE

• SDMS:
  1. Open SDMS Administrator, expand the Master List, click on the desired server, and log in
  2. Right-click on the desired server in the Master List and pick "Manage Licenses..." from the shortcut menu
  3. The Server License Manager displays the list of serial numbers that are registered to the NuGenesis SDMS system
• LMS:
  1. Log in to the NuGenesis LMS client
  2. Click the LMS main menu \ Administration
  3. Click the Deactivate Licenses button
  4. LMS will display a list of licenses regsitered in the system
