Records that do not match the selected filters are displayed in the NuGenesis SDMS Audit Trail Viewer - WKB47817

SYMPTOMS

• When changing the sort parameters in the Results page, or when selecting the next page of results, the audit trail displays records that do not match the selected filters.

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 SDMS SR1

CAUSE

Due to a software defect, the audit trail viewer does not retain the selected filters when you select another page of results or change the sort parameters.

FIX or WORKAROUND

This issue was filed as SCR 18241 and was fixed in NuGenesis 8 Feature Release 1 and Service Release 2. There are no fixes or workarounds for NuGenesis 8 SR1.
