Unlock the "ngprojmgr" account.

NuGenesis 9 SDMS

The attached script, "sdms8_proxy_static_ngpm_r6", nugenesis9_reset_schema_accounts_r9 (1).sql will unlock the ngprojmgr account, set it to the default profile, change its password, or set the password to not expire.

1. On Windows systems (Database Server):

Open a command prompt and enter the following command: sqlplus system@SDMS
"SDMS" is the service name of the Oracle database; if it is not "SDMS", enter the database's service name
Enter the password for the system account

2. At the SQL> prompt, enter a @ symbol followed by the full path to the SQL script. In Windows, you can drag the SQL file into the command prompt.
