Error "Could not restore the pending file (path to file in TE TEMP). This file will not be archived" appears in the NuGenesis Archive Agent log file - WKB27124

SYMPTOMS

• The following error message appears in the AA activity log:
  •  "ExecuteMacroCommand: Could not restore the pending file (Drive:\Program Files (x86)\NuGenesis 8.0\TE_TEMP\70BCEC7E430FDD604B05978D9C591FB8). This file will not be archived. The group is rolled back because of errors."

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS

CAUSE

The hard drive containing the TE_TEMP folder is running out of free space.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Free up space on TE_TEMP's hard drive.
2. No other action needed. The NuGenesis RPC service will pick up the files on a subsequent scan.
