Password expiry message received for NGPROJMGR account when trying to restore file data - WKB264953

SYMPTOMS

• Receive a strange password expiry message for the NGPROJMGR account when trying to restore file data: "The password you used to log in will expire in 24372 days. Would you like to change it now?" 

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis SDMS 9.1

CAUSE

No root cause for this issue could be found. The customer also had IMSL errors for Preview and UNIFY, so reinstallation of the SDMS Web Server component was suggested.  

FIX or WORKAROUND

Reinstallation of the SDMS Web Application Server component resolved all issues, including the password expiry message for the NGPROJMGR account.
