WDM schema verify log file shows that the apex instance admin user is locked - WKB259765

SYMPTOMS

• The following message appears in the WDM schema verify log file:
  • The APEX_INSTANCE_ADMIN_USER schema has been created.
  • -- !!!!! ERROR: This account is NOT OPEN (current status: LOCKED)
• WDM is functioning normally (users can log in to the WDM site and DB backups are occurring per their schedules)

ENVIRONMENT

• WDM 4.x

CAUSE

A defect in the WDM Schema Verify script

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Use r11 or later of the WDM Schema Verify script.
2. Apex_instance_admin_user is not required to be open.
