Error "[NG26516] Failed to execute UNIFY Login Tray Icon" appears when printing to NuGenesis UNIFY - WKB248885

SYMPTOMS

• When printing to UNIFY, the following error message may appear:
  • [NG26516] Failed to execute UNIFY Login Tray Icon

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS

CAUSE

The user account (Windows) does not have sufficient permission to the UNIFY Login Tray program located at:

• NuGenesis 8: Drive:\Program Files (x86)\NuGenesis 8.0\UV\NG80ult.exe
• NuGenesis 9: Drive:\Program Files (x86)\Waters\NGSDMS\UV\NGult.exe

FIX or WORKAROUND

Ensure that the user account has at least Read and Execute permissions in the file system on the UNIFY Login Tray program.
