SYMPTOMS

• The number "-2146826859" is seen in some cells within Smart Builder forms

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 LMS
• NuGenesis Smart Builder

CAUSE

An old version of Excel was used to open the form. Excel prefixed some function names within the cell formulas with "__xlfn." when the form was opened in the old version, and opening the same file in a newer (supported) version of Office does not resolve the issue.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Use only the supported versions of Microsoft Office to edit Smart Builder forms.
