Error "Can't connect securely to this page" appears when loading NuGenesis SDMS WebVision - WKB237183

SYMPTOMS

• The following error message appears in the Web browser when loading SDMS WebVision:
  • Can't connect securely to this page
  • This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website's owner
• The WebVision site does not load, and the user has no option to bypass this message

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS

CAUSE

The Default Web Site in IIS on the SDMS Web Server is enabled for HTTPS, but it does not have a certificate selected for the site.
