SYMPTOMS

• Opening, closing, or saving a document or section in a document takes 5 to 15 minutes

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis LMS 9.0.1
• NuGenesis LMS 9.0.2
• NuGenesis LMS 9.1

CAUSE

Windows Error Reporting Service is enabled and running.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Disable the Windows Error Reporting Service.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Steps to disable or turn on the Windows Error Reporting Service:

1. Open Windows Administrative Services.
2. Click on Services > Windows Error Reporting Services.
3. Stop and disable the service.
