The IIS version does not appear on the NuGenesis LMS Help-About screen after a NG 9.1 HF1 to NG 9.1 HF2 upgrade - WKB228231

SYMPTOMS

• The IIS version does not appear on the Help-About screen after NG 9.1 HF1 to NG 9.1 HF2 upgrade
• The NuGenesis LMS About menu shows “IIS Server build info Error”

ENVIRONMENT

• NG 9.1 HF2

CAUSE

This is a result of the HF1 to HF2 upgrade. The reason is not yet known.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Issue was logged as CRI-4395.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Verify IIS Build info in the Web.config file at <drive>:\inetpub\wwwroot\WATERSLMS.

Search Web.config for "BuildInfo" (example below).
