Error "ORA-00942: table or view does not exist" when logging in to the NuGenesis Connectors Console - WKB221666

SYMPTOMS

• The following error message appears when logging in to the Connectors Console:
  • [WSL 0107] The application cannot connect to the settings database. ORA-00942: table or view does not exist - Query: select PARAMETER, VALUE from CONNECTORS_SETTINGS..
• The Oracle error message may be translated from English depending on the NLS_LANG setting and/or the region and the language settings in Windows

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 LMS
• NuGenesis Connectors 2.x

CAUSE

Connectors table not present in the database

FIX or WORKAROUND

Run the Database installer from the NuGenesis Connectors installation disc.
