Error "This content cannot be displayed in a frame" when loading NuGenesis Web Vision - WKB15035

SYMPTOMS

• The following message appears in Internet Explorer when loading the NuGenesis Web Vision site:
  • "This content cannot be displayed in a frame. To help protect the security of information that you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame."

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 SDMS SR2

CAUSE

All the URL links in the WebVison.ini file are "http".

FIX or WORKAROUND

Change all of the URL links in the WebVison.ini file from "http" to "https".

Look for this file on the SDMS web server: Drive:\Program Files (x86)\apache-tomcat-6.0.29\webapps\WebVision\ngvision\WebVision.ini
