ANSWER

Historically MassLynx was tested with Adobe Acrobat (Standard or Professional) PDF writer for MassLynx, TargetLynx and OALogin. Now we do not specify a PDF printer for MassLynx, leaving you free to choose an appropriate vendor.
The printer should be able to print without user intervention, automatically naming the file and assigning it to the correct folder (Microsoft Print to PDF does not do this).
The PDF printer should be renamed "Adobe PDF".

Microsoft Print to PDF does not work as the PDF writer for MassLynx, TargetLynx and OALogin.
