OALogin report file not being generated in the Selected OALogin Report Destination folder and the batch files are not being moved from the Batchdb folder to the Processed folder. - WKB9727

SYMPTOMS

  • OALogin batch file (*.olb) remains in the C:\Masslynx\OALogin\Batchdb folder
  • OALogin batch file (*.olb) not moving to the C:\Masslynx\OALogin\Batchdb\Processed folder upon completion of the processing.
  • No OALogin report file (*.rpt) being generated in the Selected OALogin Report Destination folder
  • Found: This occurs for all Openlynx methods
  • Found: Batch files can be imported into the Masslynx sample list and process with Openlynx successfully.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The OALogin.pro file contains the User Configuration (Users, Groups, Methods, etc) for the OALogin software.
