MassLynx does not acquire data for the full run time - WKB87664

SYMPTOMS

• Injection is made with no errors
• Data is acquired for only part of the run
• MS method is set up correctly

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• MassLynx Security

CAUSE

The inlet method runtime is shorter than the MS method runtime.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Open the method in the Inlet Editor.
2. Update the runtime on each tab of the Inlet Editor.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Each tab of the Inlet Editor has a runtime. You must update the time for each of the components.
