FractionLynx system error - WKB87301

SYMPTOMS

• System error occurs when opening FractionLynx Collection Control
• Status log shows error "Error Initializing Valve"

ENVIRONMENT

• 2767 Sample Manager
• WFC3

CAUSE

The option Enable Collector Selector Valve is selected in the Collection Control.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Edit the Collector Control and clear the selection of Enable Collector Selector Valve.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The Collector Selector valve is used to direct the flow to different fraction collectors, rather than connecting them in series.
