CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Power off all LC components.
- Restart computer.
- Remove all LC components from DHCP Server.
- Power-on all LC components and make sure they repopulate correctly.
- Telnet to restart EPC.
- Launch MassLynx.
