How to enable a TUV/PDA/FLR trace in MassLynx - WKB8580

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Get the TUV/PDA/FLR trace back into MassLynx. 

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1

PROCEDURE

1. Open the Inlet Method Editor.
2. Menu > Tools > Instruments configuration...
3. Click Configure > Next, choose your pump, and click Next.
4. Choose your Autosampler and click Next
5. Choose your Detector and click Next.
6. Click Scan for Instruments, wait until all modules are shown as in the DHCP server, and then click OK.
7. Assign the Detector ID to the specific detector, and click Finish.

Run a blank sample and check for the trace.
