OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Copy integration parameters from the Integrate Chromatogram dialog in the Chromatogram View in MassLynx to the Integration Properties in a TargetLynx or QuanLynx method.

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• TargetLynx
• QuanLynx

PROCEDURE

1. Open a chromatogram in the Chromatogram view in MassLynx.
2. Go to Process > Integrate from the Chromatogram view.
3. Click on the Copy button in the Integrate Chromatogram dialog.
4. Open the TargetLynx (or QuanLynx) method from the Shortcut menu.
5. Select the compound of interest from the Compound List in the method.
6. From the menu in the method editor, go to Edit > Paste.
