OBJECTIVE or GOAL
Export spectra as a text (*.txt) file.
ENVIRONMENT
- MassLynx
PROCEDURE
From the Spectrum window:
- Select Edit > Copy Spectrum List.
- Open Notepad.
- Select Edit > Paste. The spectrum list appears with the intensity.
- Select File > Save As.
- Select Text Documents (*.txt) in the "Save as type" field.
