Cannot open MassLynx data on my computer - WKB752

SYMPTOMS

• Cannot see anything when trying to open and view data on MassLynx machine

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1 SCN 779
• Windows 7

CAUSE

Data was acquired on a Xevo G2-XS running MassLynx 4.1 SCN 870.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Use a newer version of MassLynx or at least the same revision as the acquisition version.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

For post-processing machines, the latest version of desktop software, such as SCN 909, is recommended.
