SYMPTOMS
- Frequent server busy errors
- Frequent communication losses with different ACQUITY modules
- Many losses on all components in NetEvaluator
- System loses its IP address
ENVIRONMENT
- MassLynx
- ACQUITY system and mass spectrometer
- No internet connection; no antivirus software
CAUSE
Faulty network card
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Replace the network card.
