OBJECTIVE or GOAL

View the chromatograms of multiple channels in the MassLynx chromatogram window.

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx

PROCEDURE

1. Highlight the sample in the sample list page.
2. Click Chromatogram.
3. Select Display > Mass.
4. Select the appropriate function in the Function drop-down list, and confirm that the channels appear in the Channel box.
5. Click Select All. Alternatively, you can double-click on each channel in the channel box so it appears in the description field.
6. Click OK.
