"Collection control not configured" after reloading MassLynx - WKB6738

SYMPTOMS

• MassLynx reloaded
• "Collection control not configured" error appears

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• 2767 Injector/Collector
• Autopure system

CAUSE

The collection control file was not selected.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Copy the FractionLynx Configuration File (.FL4) from the MassLynx backup folder to the new MassLynx folder.
2. Open MassLynx.
3. Click FractionLynx.
4. Click Collection Control.
5. Select File > Open.
6. Browse to the FractionLynx Configuration File (.FL4) in the new MassLynx folder.
7. Click Open.
