The MassLynx sample list columns change when switching projects or closing and reopening MassLynx- WKB6569

SYMPTOMS

• Whenever switching projects or closing MassLynx, the sample list format changes and a column is lost, or the order of columns changes. 

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx (all version)

CAUSE

The sample list format was not saved or loaded. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Set up the sample list format that you want. To do this, select the Samples drop-down menu > Format > Customize.   
2. Save the sample list format (name.spl).   
3. Load the sample list format into each of the projects that you want to use the format.
