In MassLynx with Security, the Sample List Report shows Signature Not Signed - WKB62038

SYMPTOMS

• Seeing "Not signed" for the Signature line in the Sample List Report (see example below):

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx with Security (SCN 948 and SCN 896)

CAUSE

Unknown.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Gain access to the Security Manager.
2. Select the Policies menu.
3. Choose Signature and Reason Policy.
4. Ensure that "NONE" is not selected for the Electronic Signatures and the Reasons for Change sections.
5. If the option is already set to Force, Warn or Don't Force, click Actions.
6. Ensure that the option for Save File: Sample list is selected.
