Cannot integrate the peak in the MassLynx Chromatogram window - WKB5524

SYMPTOMS

• Cannot integrate the peak in the MassLynx Chromatogram window. 
• Selecting the integrate button or going to Process > Integrate does not result in any peaks integration.

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1

CAUSE

The peak-to-peak amplitude is too high for the chromatographic peaks.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. In the MassLynx Chromatogram window, select Process and Integrate.
2. Select Automatic noise measurement.
3. Select Integrate.
