BiopharmaLynx error "Processor failed to process" - WKB54882

SYMPTOMS

• When trying to run a search with BiopharmaLynx, the error "Processor failed to process" appears

ENVIRONMENT

• BiopharmaLynx
• MassLynx

CAUSE

The lockmass function in the MS method was set to "acquire lockmass and correct", so data was lockmass corrected before being given to BiopharmaLynx.  BiopharmaLynx prefers uncorrected data so that it can use lockmass data and its own algorithm to generate and apply lockmass correction.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Collect lockmass data for BiopharmaLynx processing, but make sure to NOT apply the lockmass correction while acquiring data.
