Message: Waiting for inlet start 1 - WKB54151

SYMPTOMS

• "Waiting for inlet start 1" message
• Sample manager is not injecting sample
• Sample manager is not present in the console
• "Inlet not ready" error

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx

CAUSE

Unknown / driver corruption

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Deconfigure the inlet editor.
2. Close MassLynx.
3. Reboot the computer.
4. Launch MassLynx.
5. Configure the inlet editor.
6. If the issue persists, re-install drivers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

It has been reported that this issue can also be resolved by re-installing the MassLynx as well as drivers.
