SYMPTOMS

• No results show in the TargetLynx browser
• Browser is completely dimmed (unavailable)
• Name of compounds show in the dark blue title bar, above where the Summary Bar should be

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1 SCN 849 and 896
• TargetLynx

CAUSE

Panels in the TargetLynx browser are turned off.

FIX or WORKAROUND

In the TargeLynx Browser, click on the Toggle Calibration Curve, Toggle Chromatogram, and Toggle Summary Bar buttons on the tool bar.
