TargetLynx does not print report correctly - WKB511

SYMPTOMS

• Printing Samples Report from TargetLynx
• The option "Don't print compounds below reporting limit" is enabled on the General tab for Report Format
• All pages of the report are blank
• With "Don't print compounds below reporting limit" disabled, the report prints with all results for all samples/compounds

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1
• TargetLynx 4.1

CAUSE

Corruption in TargetLynx

FIX or WORKAROUND

Reload MassLynx with TargetLynx.

(Note: In one instance, deleting the C:\Masslynx\Targetlynx.~ql file and the TargetLynx key files from the registry did not resolve the issue. But you should try this before you reload the software.)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

New QLD files did not need to be generated after the reload of MassLynx.
